The Cedar Rapids Karate Institute is open throughout the year, except for major holidays. Walk-in hours open 9:00am - 8:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturday 10am - 1pm. Closed Sundays.

We offer classes for the following groups: Adult, Toddlers, Children, Women's Toning, Executive, Kickboxing and Private lessons. Contact us if you have any questions.

^ Thursday Classes are “OPEN" for students to ask questions, work on areas they feel they need additional training in or assistance with. Black Belts will provide guidance and assistance as needed or requested.

 

Private Lessons available: Please see Mr. Taylor, or an "approved" Senior Black Belt, to schedule private lessons. Additional fees apply. ALL private lessons must be held and completed at CRKI (exceptions must be approved and authorized). Parents may be requested to contact the approved Black Belt directly to schedule lessons. Private lessons available with Mr. Taylor (All Belts).

Advanced Classes: Focus on Advanced Curriculums, Forms, Sparring, Self-Defense, etc. for the Advanced Student – THESE CLASSES ARE FOR GREEN BELT AND ABOVE ONLY!!!

Mixed Classes: ALL Belts classes = ANY belt rank may attend

All students are required to have their own Personal Set of Safety Gear and to bring the gear with them to EVERY Class.
